Participation in the pool(s) is subject to credit and legal review. Additional information will be required, including but not limited to the borrowers' most recent 3 years audited financial statements, current budget and description of the project.

The credit review is generally completed within 5 business days upon receiving the information. The loan funding is generally completed within 60 - 90 days. Returning participants can expect additional fundings to be completed in less than 45 days, if desired.

WE WILL KEEP CONFIDENTIAL ALL INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE. IT WILL BE USED ONLY IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH EBONDPOOL AND THE UNDERWRITER OF THE PROGRAM.
