eBondpool serves as a conduit for counties, cities, agencies and special districts for capital project financing by pooling several borrowers together to significantly reduce costs through volume pricing.

We offer municipal issuers the opportunity to join statewide, pooled bond programs for water, wastewater and other municipal debt financings. The programs can be used to finance a variety of public projects (see below). The economies of scale of a pooled issue allow for both lower costs of issuance (including bond insurance, where applicable) and lower interest rates. Smaller borrowing is welcomed by all of the programs and may be accomplished on a cost-effective basis.
