Please review the Program information provided above and if you are interested in pursuing a specific Program, here is how to proceed.

1) SUBMIT APPLICATION—Please provide us with contact information and a description of the project to be financed by filling out the Application located within the Program Information (see above)

2) PROVIDE REQUIRED INFORMATION—Please provide us with the last 3 audited financial statements. Upon receipt and review, we may have to request additional information.

3) EVALUATE A PRELIMINARY DEBT SERVICE SCHEDULE—Either use the ebond Calculator™ for an estimated debt service or request a debt service be provided to you by checking the box on the Application Form.

4) REVIEW LEGAL DOCUMENTS—Once you decide to proceed and upon request, we will either e-mail a complete set of documents (including an Approving Authorizing Resolution) for your review or you may request us to send you an electronic link to our proprietary web site to download.

5) APPROVE RESOLUTION—Submit the appropriate documents into the agenda package and schedule the Board or Council meeting to approve the resolution that will approve all documents.

6) RECEIVE FUNDING —Upon approval, funding is typically in 30 to 60 days.
